She called me personally with the results of my lab work as soon as they were available (on a Friday afternoon) before the office closed which allowed me to be able to start immediately on antibiotics before a long holiday weekend. This speeded up my recovery process! I'm so glad I didn't have to be miserable for an additional 3 day holiday weekend. I'm already feeling much better, thanks to Mandy. Mandy was conscientious about spreading illness by washing her hands before she approached me to do a physical assessment. Thank you for that!
